Nickel
Nickel is a naturally occurring element found in all soils and the majority of the earth's core is believed to be composed of nickel.
Nickel is abundant in the biosphere and it is the 24th most abundant element in the earth's crust. Nickel is mainly used in manufacturing of stainless steel, nickel-iron alloys and other metal alloys as well as in electroplating industry.
The end products of nickel are used in the manufacturing process of corrosion resistant parts in the aerospace, ship building and automotive industries, chemical industry, power tools, petroleum industry and manufacturing process of kitchen utensils.
Nickel is resistant to most chemical agents and durable in atmospheric conditions which make it ideal for various metal alloys. Being used in the high temperature and corrosion resistant alloy manufacturing, nickel metal is unique in this manner.
