Occupational Health and Safety

In order to reach the target of "Zero Accidents and Occupational Illnesses", an OHS Management System has been established and implemented with international standards in addition to the requirements of national legislation. Risk definition, risk assessment and risk management  are the basics of Caldag Nickel OHS Management System. This system is reviewed and updated regularly, targetting continuous improvement.

Every new employee receives the OHS training before starting to work, and those trainings continue as long as the employee is recruited by Caldag Nickel. Regular workplace inspections are performed and detailed emergency plans compiled in order to be well-prepared in case of an emergency.
